LibX feedback survey! We’re looking for user feedback to help us improve LibX!
The library has recently developed this new tool to make its resources more accessible to the Parkside community. Try

http://www.uwp.edu/departments/library/tools/libx/The survey will be available between now and December 7th, 2009. The survey consists of 12 questions and should take approximately 6 to 8 minutes to complete.
In appreciation for completing the survey, you will have an opportunity to win $25 UW-Parkside bookstore gift cards. If you wish to enter the drawing for the gift card:
1. Complete the survey and include your name and email address.
Emails and names will not be linked to responses
2. The prize drawing will take place on December 10th, 2009.
3. Two lucky winners will be selected at random from all completed survey entries received.
4. Prize winners will be notified by email and must have a valid ID to claim their prize.
